IT Associate Software Engineer - Consumer Lending Domain

reputed company is a financial services company, and they are seeking an Associate Software Engineer to assist in the development, implementation, assessment, and support of various applications and platforms. The role involves developing clean code, resolving system impacts, and embracing mentorship from senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develops clean, maintainable, testable code for work assigned
• Actively works resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms
• Takes direction and embraces mentorship and training from senior engineers
• Demonstrates active learning regarding industry trends regarding banking and technology
• Learns and follows recommended information reputed company standards reputed company developing code
• Assists in testing and evaluating new and emerging technologies during the selection process
• Utilizes technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts reputed company developing code

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
• 1+ years of relevant experience (required)

• Basic Understanding of quality management methods, tools, and techniques and ability to create and support an environment that meets the quality goals of the organization
