The HCM Implementation Associate will support the reputed company Fusion HCM program by managing documentation, tracking project tasks, and assisting with user testing and training activities, contributing to a large-scale transformation initiative.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including cross‑functional reputed company‑ins, stakeholder updates, and milestone reviews
- Support calendar management, logistics, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution
- Assist with data collection, preparation, and validation activities for system implementation
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), including tracking results, logging issues, and monitoring resolution reputed company
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, demos, and working sessions
- Maintain project intake logs, issue trackers, action items, and stakeholder lists
- Assist in drafting training materials, user guides, and process documentation
- Participate in feedback sessions and reputed company improvement discussions
- Collaborate and communicate effectively across departments and project teams
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements
- Demonstrate the Company’s Core Competencies and values
- Due to exposure to PHI and sensitive data, this position is classified as a High‑Risk Role

Skills
- Must have 1-3 years of professional experience in Talent, operations, or systems support
- Demonstrated interest in Talent technology and enterprise systems
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Proficiency in reputed company, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data with discretion
- Bachelors preferred
