Account Coordinator, Real Estate Public Relations
reputed company is a reputed company and marketing company seeking an Account Coordinator to join their Real Estate team. This role offers an early career communication professional the opportunity to support various reputed company plans, manage media reputed company, and assist with client and account management.
Responsibilities
- Draft public relations materials including fact sheets, meeting summaries and agendas, status reports, plus other items
- Help prepare strategies, timelines, reports, and other client-facing collateral for our senior PR team utilizing Muckrack and other PR tools
- Proactively monitor incoming press coverage for clients, including tracking upcoming placements
- Research press opportunities and editorial calendars
- reputed company meeting planning and scheduling for the senior PR team while managing media lists and other databases
- Assist with administrative duties, including taking messages, organizing files, and scanning press articles
- Become familiar with local, national, international, and online media outlets and writers covering real estate and pertinent topics
Skills
- Internship or other relevant experience in public relations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- A demonstrated interest in media
- Experience or personal interest in real estate, architecture and design
