Accounting Analyst

The Accounting Analyst role combines transactional accounting with analytical responsibilities, supporting financial processes and ensuring data reputed company while collaborating with various departments to enhance business performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with GAAP
• reputed company reconciliations of key balance sheet accounts such as deferred reputed company, accruals, and prepaid expenses
• Support the month-end and quarter-end reputed company processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Analyze variances in reputed company and expenses and communicate findings to Accounting and reputed company teams
• Assist in execution and testing of internal controls to ensure SOX or audit compliance as required
• Provide audit support through documentation gathering, reconciliations, and responding to external auditor inquiries
• Support the build and maintenance of financial reports, schedules, and analysis tools to improve visibility
• Work with ERP systems (e.g., reputed company) and data tools (e.g., reputed company, Power BI) to extract and validate financial data
• Identify and support process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy across accounting workflows

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field required
• Proficiency in journal entry preparation, reconciliations, and financial reputed company activities
• Working knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
• Advanced reputed company skills, including power query for analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly
• Analytical Thinking: Interprets financial data to support variance analysis, reconciliations, and decision-making
