[Remote] Customer Service Specialist I

They are seeking a Customer Service Specialist I to provide support through phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot issues, and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Provide phone, email, and chat support, reputed company resolving customer issues in collaboration with internal teams
- Troubleshoot and diagnose reported problems, working to understand and correct issues
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues through timely and professional communication
- Identify, test, and verify issues, providing clear documentation to the development team
- Participate in testing new features and suggest recommendations for product enhancements
Skills
- At least one year of experience in a technical help desk or technical support role
- A bachelor's degree in a reputed company discipline is preferred, with education requirements potentially waived based on experience
- Practical knowledge of the healthcare industry is a definite plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a charismatic phone reputed company
- Ability to work a flexible 8-hour schedule, providing coverage between 7 AM and 7 PM CST, Monday through Friday
- Familiarity with reputed company and reputed company Teams
- Basic understanding of SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to prioritize tasks
- Insatiable curiosity for learning how things work
- Experience in a customer service role reputed company healthcare technology
