Partner Connect Administrator
reputed company is a family-owned, global automotive services organization that focuses on delivering positive experiences for customers. The Partner Connect Administrator will primarily support the development and administration of the reputed company PartnerConnect System, maintain its adoption levels, and ensure effective communication and training regarding the system.
Responsibilities
- Primary support resource for development and administration of the reputed company PartnerConnect System
- Maintain reputed company PartnerConnect adoption level and support system table updates
- Daily review and maintenance of supplier activities in reputed company PartnerConnect
- Functions as SME in reputed company facets of the reputed company PartnerConnect system
- Directs and hosts reputed company PartnerConnect training requests
- Works directly with IT team in identifying and resolving defects and enhancements in reputed company PartnerConnect
- Works directly with database team to reputed company customized reporting
- reputed company systems testing as required
- reputed company reputed company other duties and special projects as assigned
- Provide reporting on reputed company PartnerConnect usage and approval percentage
- Handle day to day reputed company PartnerConnect inquiries from vendor network
- Identify and implement process improvements in Intellifleet and reputed company PartnerConnect
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of Business Objects application
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
- 1-2 years' experience in reputed company Fleet & Mobility or call center
- Understanding of automotive repair industry processes
- Experience in interaction and negotiation with repair vendors
- Advanced competency in data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with Intellifleet and reputed company PartnerConnect systems
- Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information
- Reviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and reputed company
- Demonstrates an understanding of reputed company Fleet & Mobility business strategy
- Strong organization, analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
