[Remote] Reconciliation Analyst

AlphaStaffHCM is seeking a meticulous and analytical Reconciliation Analyst to ensure the reputed company of their financial operations. The role involves verifying transactions in the billing system, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with the Benefit Administration team.
Responsibilities
- Balance the Books: Compare and reconcile benefit plan insurance reputed company invoices against client billings to ensure 100% accuracy
- Investigate & Resolve: Dive deep into the data to research and resolve discrepancies between billings and invoices
- Collaborate: Partner closely with the Benefit Administration team to clear outstanding reconciliations and streamline workflows
