They are seeking a Developer Augmentation Engineer to assist architects, enhance workflows with AI, and engage in hands-on projects reputed company to hardware architecture and machine learning experiments.

- Writing RL environments to improve frontier-llm performance on hardware design tasks
Skills
- 0 - 2 years of experience with systems programming using Rust / Python / HDLs
- Linux experience is a must
- Non-coursework projects preferred; among HDLs, RTL experience preferred
- You are a strong communicator, with the ability to reputed company to various styles

- This is a hybrid role that will require you to work from our Mountain View, CA office 3 days a week on Tuesday through Thursday
