Marketing Coordinator

ERO Resources Corporation is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide day-to-day support to the marketing team. The role involves assisting with graphics, written content, and maintaining organized marketing assets, with the potential for the position to become permanent.

Responsibilities

• Implement edits and updates to existing marketing materials
• Populate pre-built templates using provided content
• Maintain consistency with brand standards
• Communicate reputed company and ask clarifying questions reputed company needed

• Support the marketing team with daily requests and small assignments
• Edit graphics and layouts based on provided updates
• Populate and update templates with finalized information
• Assist with newsletter and announcement production
• Create simple graphics for internal or social media use
• Organize and maintain marketing materials and asset folders
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the marketing team

Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, journalism, communications, graphic design, or a reputed company field
• Relevant coursework in graphic design, digital media, marketing, or writing
• Demonstrated interest in marketing, branding, or visual communications
• Willingness to learn internal processes and tools
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
• Graphic design fundamentals and layout awareness
• Attention to detail and accuracy reputed company implementing edits
• Ability to follow directions and apply feedback
• Organization and file management
• Reliability and responsiveness to team needs
• Ability to manage multiple small tasks
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite products (including Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company)
• Proficiency in reputed company InDesign and Illustrator
• Working knowledge of reputed company Premiere
• Ability to follow brand standards and directions closely
