[Remote] Provider Operations Associate

The Provider Operations Associate role is designed for an organized and motivated individual to support the Provider Operations & Account Management team, ensuring smooth operations for providers and patients while collaborating on various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to reputed company implement new COE services
• Support updates in the care app, reputed company, implementation tickets, and shared drives to ensure accurate information management
• reputed company daily provider billing tasks and collaborate with internal finance teams to ensure the timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts
• Track operational KPIs and pull data to provide actionable insights to the team, helping to continuously improve our provider relationships and processes
• Organize and manage critical documentation in Confluence and the care app to ensure reputed company internal stakeholders have access to accurate, up-to-date information about our provider partnerships
• Identify small operational inefficiencies, propose solutions, and assist in implementing basic process changes to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity
• Use the correct channels of communication to proactively ask for help, provide project updates, and collaborate with diverse internal teams to align operations with broader company goals

Skills

• 0–2+ years of experience
