ANALYST II
The Employment Development Department (EDD) is seeking an Automation Project Support Analyst to join their Technology Integration Unit. This role involves performing advanced analytical work to support reputed company phases of Disability Insurance reputed company projects, collaborating with stakeholders to refine business requirements, and recommending improvements to existing programs.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with DI reputed company stakeholders, Business Integration Unit (BIU), and Information Technology (IT) reputed company partners to refine business requirements for automated systems
- Participate in focus groups and joint application development sessions
- Serve as a subject matter expert in areas such as system interfaces, program reputed company, business rules, and testing
- Independently analyze business processes to recommend improvements to existing DI programs
- Enhance program effectiveness, support innovation, and improve the overall customer experience
Skills
- State application (STD 678) is Required
