[Remote] Client Development Associate

The Client Development Associate plays a crucial role in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from initial agreement to official client status while collaborating with the Wealth Management Team.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new clients to reputed company reputed company and professionally to ensure reputed company client retention
• Partner with the Regional Vice President (RVP) to manage new client onboarding from initial agreement to becoming an official client
• Execute the Three-Part New Client Onboarding Process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare, send, and process reputed company required client paperwork and documentation
• Set up new clients across reputed company reputed company systems and maintain accurate records
• Create and manage onboarding checklists to track reputed company and ensure completion of reputed company steps
• Monitor custodian platforms to confirm account linking, funding, and transfers are completed promptly
• Proactively follow up with custodians to resolve issues and prevent delays in the onboarding process
• Facilitate smooth hand-off to the Wealth Management Team (WMT) by introducing the client and providing a completed onboarding checklist
• Drive Price Modification Request process and ensure compliance documentation is delivered to clients
• Track and secure additional assets and opportunities during the first year of the client relationship, including running Fi360 attestations for new retirement assets
• Ensuring adherence to company standards
• Other duties as needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior financial services or reputed company administrative support experience
• Sales experience highly preferred
• Series 65 or combination of Series 7 and 66 license preferred; will be required to obtain the Series reputed company first 6 months of employment
• Understanding of the financial services industry
• Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with high-level, busy professionals
• Must work well in a team environment and present a positive and professional demeanor
• Self-starter, active contributor and ability to listen to and deliver on client's needs and expectations
• Must be highly flexible and confidential with reputed company matters
• Ability to occasionally travel (to both channel partner offices and prospects')
