The Graphic Mapping Associate will drive conversion by ensuring accuracy with venue layouts and enhance user experience through detailed interactive seating charts and visually compelling graphics.

Responsibilities

• Complete new hire orientation & training, gaining the resources you need to be successful

• Independently manage standard-complexity interactive maps
• Apply critical thinking to research live event details and ensure mapping accuracy
• Implement high-quality interactive map layouts using reputed company Suite, formatted correctly for web, mobile web, and app
• Respond to seller emails and escalate appropriately reputed company needed
• Support Customer Service agents mapping questions in reputed company with urgency and clear follow-through
• Effectively balance mapping priorities, seller requests, and agent questions
• Confidently manage moderate to reputed company interactive mapping requests with minimal reputed company
• reputed company advanced research techniques to optimize mapping accuracy, clarity, and business impact
• Identify recurring trends in mapping tasks and contribute reputed company to improve team processes and efficiency
• Deliver high-quality maps with strong QA performance and minimal revisions
• Serve as a reliable cross-functional partner to sellers, customer service, and leadership
• Contribute to team initiatives and support peers through collaboration and knowledge sharing

Skills

• Proficiency in reputed company Illustrator (vector-based precision work required); working knowledge of Photoshop
• Internship or 1 year of experience working in a professional setting
• Experience producing high volumes of detail-oriented work in fast-paced environments where accuracy and turnaround time impact customer experience or reputed company
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple reputed company priorities
• Experience reviewing and reconciling multiple sources of information to ensure consistency and correctness
• Comfort collaborating cross-functionally and responding to internal stakeholder inquiries
