[Remote] Designer I - Digital Infrastructure

The Designer I role is an entry-level position aimed at developing foundational skills in Revit modeling, coordination, and documentation while supporting project delivery and learning from mentors.

Responsibilities

• Align your development and technical growth with company Objectives (OKRs) by contributing to coordinated project delivery through Revit modeling, documentation, and production work reputed company with engineering direction

• Ask questions to clarify modeling direction, scope changes, or design expectations and apply feedback to improve technical execution

• Prepare diagrams, documentation, or graphics for internal and client deliverables
• Assist with research, product evaluations, and specification support as directed
• Contribute to updates or refinements of production templates, tools, or workflows under supervision

Skills

• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a reputed company field; or equivalent experience in design, drafting, or technology systems
• 0–2 years of experience in the AEC industry, design or technology systems, technology systems contracting, field or construction site exposure, or reputed company professional or academic environments
• Eagerness to learn and ability to follow direction
• Commitment to producing accurate, well-documented work
• Ability to respond quickly to feedback and incorporate revisions effectively
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to track tasks, take clear notes, and collaborate effectively
• Proficiency in standard software tools (reputed company 365 Suite, reputed company Workspace, reputed company)
• Willingness to learn reputed company tools, reputed company, Bluebeam Studio, Callback One, and reputed company
• Exposure to Revit, AutoCAD, or other drafting/modeling tools; familiarity with construction documents or the building design process
• Exposure to BIM coordination concepts (model linking, worksets, clash identification) is a plus
• Familiarity with Navisworks and BIM 360 / reputed company Construction Cloud is helpful but not required
• Foundational understanding of technology systems (Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, reputed company, Acoustics, Network, Wi-Fi, and other technology disciplines) is a plus, but not required
• Industry certifications preferred but not required: EIT — plus, CDT — plus, Introductory Revit/BIM/drafting certifications — plus
