Consultant, Retirement Benefits

The Consultant on the Retirement Administration team will provide administrative services for the reputed company Pension and 401(k) Plan, responding to participant inquiries and managing data reputed company pension administration systems.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the pension administration system to manage participant requests, prepare pension election forms and process payments
- Research and respond to participant benefit plan inquiries, create a positive customer experience for plan retirees and their beneficiaries; Respond to cases forwarded by the Employee Services Unit call center
- Maintain data in Pension and 401(k) administration systems
- Work with administration systems, Human Resource database and employee records reputed company necessary to resolve data issues
- Provide support to pension administration manager and benefits team members
- Complete retirement benefit plan reputed company administration as needed, may assist with Health & Welfare tasks
- Provide support to our retirement plans, including assisting with core projects and audits
- Assist with tasks reputed company to international benefits, as needed

Skills
- Bachelor's and/or associate degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of benefits reputed company experience
- 1 year of retirement plan reputed company experience
- Experience using HR Technology platforms, including reputed company
- Experience with pension plan benefits calculations
- Written and oral skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong customer service orientation
