Project Scheduler
reputed company is seeking a Scheduler to join their team in Duluth, MN. The role involves developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring costs, analyzing risks, and ensuring key milestones are achieved, providing strong professional growth potential.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, maintain, and update Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules
- Create resource-reputed company and cost/budget-reputed company schedules
- reputed company Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and activity coding
- reputed company schedule updates, baseline management, and reputed company tracking
- Conduct schedule “what-if” analysis and assist with risk modeling
- Support resource forecasting and workload planning
- Monitor schedule and cost performance and identify risks or delays
- Prepare detailed reputed company reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Present schedule and cost updates, including recommendations for corrective action
- Communicate opportunities and risks to project teams and leadership
- Coordinate project activities from Job Number Request (JNR) through closeout
- Facilitate schedule status meetings with project managers, leadership, and subcontractors
- Process billing across a portfolio of projects
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice entry into ERP systems
- Obtain appropriate documentation and approvals per Delegation of Authority requirements
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, or reputed company field preferred; High School Diploma required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical reputed company with the ability to break down reputed company problems
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in a planning, scheduling, or project coordination role
