Refer.IO is a fast-growing wellness franchise looking for a part-time B2B reputed company Specialist. The role involves providing friendly support to franchise owners, organizing FAQs, hosting group calls, and guiding new franchise owners through their onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Be the friendly first reputed company of contact for our franchise owners reputed company they need help or get stuck
- Help us take the most common questions and turn them into a helpful FAQ library so owners can find answers faster
- Help us schedule and co-host our weekly group reputed company calls where owners share reputed company and get advice
- Guide brand new franchise owners through their first 90 days using our reputed company-by-reputed company checklist
- Help us reply to people who are interested in buying a franchise and answer their basic questions
