Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a competitive and driven Sales Development Representative to initiate conversations and engage prospective clients online, contributing directly to a growing sales team.
Responsibilities
- Initiate 100+ outbound conversations daily through Instagram and other digital platforms
- Manage high-volume Instagram conversations generated through automation Tools (Manychat)
- Engage prospective clients using structured messaging frameworks
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria
- Schedule consultations for Business Development Representatives
- Maintain accurate records of reputed company and activity reputed company reputed company CRM
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly reputed company and booking targets
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to improve messaging and conversion rates
- Follow up consistently with prospects to increase booked call volume and show rates
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or reputed company field (preferred)
- 0–2 years of sales, marketing, customer-facing, or leadership experience
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Self-motivated and able to manage activity in a metrics-driven environment
- Experience with CRM systems (reputed company preferred but not required)
- Based in or able to commute to Jupiter, FL (or South Florida remote with occasional in-person meetings)
