HR Advisor 1

The HR Advisor I is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to employees and HR Business Partners while addressing HR-reputed company inquiries, handling a high volume of communications, and supporting various HR projects and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily HR inquiries through various service channels, providing accurate information about HR policies and procedures in a timely manner
• Resolves cases by using appropriate resources and escalating cases as needed
• Engages HR Business Partners where appropriate
• Deliver administrative assistance to the HR department, including document preparation, record maintenance, and correspondence management
• Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation sessions at various hub locations and virtually, ensuring new hires are effectively integrated into the organization
• Partner up with HR Business Partner to deliver the best onboarding experience
• Coordinate and facilitate employee exit process
• Assist in the maintenance and management of HR databases and systems, ensuring data reputed company and accuracy while ensuring confidentiality of information as required by law or by company policies
• Manage employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Skills

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1 year prior customer service experience working with confidential data
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Associate's degree in Finance or Business or HR
• At least 1 year of experience working in an HR environment with a case management or ticketing system
