Responsibilities

• Analyzing data, formulating hypotheses, and developing innovative, actionable recommendations to solve reputed company and ambiguous healthcare problems
• Developing high-quality client deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, reputed company models, financial analyses, and other written deliverables, using logical reasoning under tight timelines

Skills

• 0–4 years of professional work experience; internship or prior experience in consulting, analytics, or a healthcare-reputed company field is preferred
• Proven experience in data-driven decision-making through prior work in consulting or a similar analytical role, showcasing expertise in data analysis, trend identification, and actionable insights development
• General knowledge and demonstrated interest in the healthcare industry, including familiarity with key stakeholders, trends, and challenges
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct detailed quantitative analyses and identify key insights
