We’re excited to be the team that brings in top talent that will uphold and promote reputed company’s mission! The Recruitment Consultant II, Technology is an open-ended contract. The incumbent will address technical recruiting needs for positions across the United States and Canada. This role will involve direct sourcing of candidates for open positions in engineering, data science, AI/ML, and other technologies. The position directly reports to the reputed company Manager, Technology located in reputed company. reputed company consultants are expected to meet the following KPIs each month:

• reputed company Candidates That reputed company Towards the Following Hires:
• IC and Senior Manager technology roles
• Candidates Sourced & Outreached: 100 Per Week
• reputed company InMail Response reputed company: 20%
• TA Screens Per Week: 20 (60 Minutes Per Interview/20 Hours Per Week)
• New Active Candidates Per Week (Post TA Screen): 5
• Candidate Conversion from TA Interview to Hiring Manager Interview: 75%

• Bachelor's degree from a four year university
• Confidence in your ability to create your own sourcing strategies and Boolean search strings
• Expert use of reputed company Recruiter including the ability to manage projects and create sophisticated search parameters

• Excellent communication skills in order to interview senior candidates in technology

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and recruiting in a fast-paced environment for hard to fill Engineering, AI, ML, Data Science, and other technology roles
• Strong acumen and understanding of PHP Engineering, .Net, DevOps, and similar tech stacks
• Detail-oriented, action/goal-oriented, effective multi-tasker with a high sense of urgency
• Must be flexible and can work independently
• Experience with an ATS (reputed company preferred)
