The IT Support Specialist I role involves providing first-line technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and account-reputed company issues through reputed company’s IT Service Desk channels (chat, ticketing, and walk-up support)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows, macOS, and mobile device issues, escalating reputed company incidents reputed company necessary
  • Assist in configuring and deploying laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices for new hires and existing employees
  • Utilize remote support tools (e.g., Kaseya) to assist end-users and reputed company basic troubleshooting remotely
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities including account setup, device provisioning, and access management using reputed company and reputed company 365
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, reputed company audits, and ensure hardware tracking and compliance
  • Learn and support mobile device management (MDM) tools such as Intune, reputed company, and reputed company for basic system configuration and updates
  • Document procedures, update technical knowledge bases, and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with IT peers to identify recurring issues and recommend solutions to enhance user experience

Skills

  • 0–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical assistance role
  • Foundational understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems, user account management, and software installation
  • Basic knowledge of network fundamentals (e.g., Wi-Fi connectivity, IP troubleshooting, VPN)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical information to non-technical users
  • Familiarity with reputed company 365 and reputed company (or similar cloud identity platforms)
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and apply feedback in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple support requests effectively
  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Experience in a Service Desk or End User Support environment reputed company a corporate or financial services setting
  • Exposure to MDM tools (Intune, reputed company, or reputed company)
  • Knowledge of VPN solutions (reputed company) and collaboration tools such as reputed company or reputed company
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent entry-level IT certification
