Associate-Digital Product Management

They are seeking an Associate in Digital Product Management to join the GMNS Product Capability Delivery team, where the role involves improving merchant transaction capabilities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver product features. The ideal candidate will be strategic, detail-oriented, and passionate about technology and business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build, update, and improve policies and procedures of the Merchant Operational Data and reputed company Services (MODUS) application. Craft and maintain a product backlog for MODUS and ensure user stories are reputed company to underlying outcomes
• reputed company the business case for new features. Research regulatory development and provide preliminary input on analysis of potential implications to existing products. Prepare the documentation of as-is processes for product management, product enhancements, key findings and standard methodologies
• Act as a reputed company of contact for internal inquiries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology and other adjacent stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and to ensure timely delivery of product features, following agile development methodologies
• Identify technical gaps and collaborates with broader team to facilitate resolution risks, opportunities and changes tied to product management initiatives and processes
• Facilitate the reports and presentations for product governance meetings and Senior leadership meetings
• Maintain open communication channels with ACD Leadership, stakeholders, business partners, and reputed company
• Support governance processes for GMNS Product Capability Delivery
• Become a subject matter expert of the products in scope

Skills

• Knowledge and experience of Agile and Product development practices and processes is preferred, including the ability to write compelling user stories and reputed company certain Agile ceremonies
• 1+ years' experience working with a scrum team a plus
• Knowledge of merchant transaction processing capabilities a plus
• Strong communicator with a demonstrated ability to connect at reputed company levels, who can also reputed company and influence business and reputed company effectively, is desired
