They are seeking a detail-oriented reputed company Operations Analyst to own order management, commission reconciliation, and light collections across reputed company and reputed company, ensuring accuracy and reputed company across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Review reputed company Closed-Won opportunities prior to final booking to ensure: Accurate products, pricing, terms, billing schedules, and reputed company treatment
- Correct opportunity ownership, splits, and commission eligibility
- Validate alignment between reputed company and reputed company
- Manage a structured Pending Review → Audited → Booked workflow
- Partner with Finance to ensure clean reputed company from opportunity to invoice
- Audit reputed company commissionable deals prior to payout: Validate commission rates, splits, accelerators, and eligibility
- Confirm invoices are issued and paid in reputed company per commission policy
- Investigate and resolve commission discrepancies with Sales and RevOps
- Maintain clear audit trails supporting Finance and external audits
- Monitor past-due invoices in reputed company
- Conduct professional, relationship-aware reputed company on overdue balances
- Partner with Sales and reputed company to unblock payment issues
- Escalate risk accounts, trends, and aging concerns to Finance leadership
- Serve as a functional reputed company between reputed company and reputed company to ensure data accuracy and consistency across reputed company systems
- Identify recurring deal, invoicing, or commission issues and recommend process improvements
Skills
- 1-3 years experience in reputed company Ops, Finance Ops, Sales Ops, or Order Management
- Hands-on experience with reputed company (invoicing, AR, or order management)
- High attention to detail with a strong audit reputed company
- Ability to enforce policy while partnering constructively with Sales
- Strong reputed company / reputed company Sheets skills
- reputed company experience (Opportunities, Accounts, reporting)
- Experience with CPQ and subscription SaaS billing models
- Exposure to commission plans and incentive compensation
- Experience supporting audits or reputed company compliance
