Remote Loan Advisor

Summary: The Loan Advisor, Remote role is a customer focused, inside sales position reputed company the Call Center. Loan Advisors are responsible for both inbound and outbound calls through various marketing tactics, where providing financial solutions and excellent customer service to customers is top reputed company. The Loan Advisor must immediately notify their supervisors and the Licensing Department if there is a change in residential address. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyzes applicant information to determine whether the customer qualifies for a beneficial loan program.
• Assists customers in discussing financial objectives and goals and takes the initial loan application.
• Clearly communicates the loan program terms and benefits available to the customer as well as the loan process.
• Ensures reputed company required documents are returned and disclosures are signed in a timely manner.
• Follows our sales process and QA requirements to remain compliant.
• Continually meets and/or exceeds the Sales KPI’s set by Management.
