Internal Communications Manager Organizational Readiness
Your future role at a glance: Location: Remote Department: Internal Communications Support Team Schedule: Full time (reputed company-5pm CST) Salary: $93,857.00 - $126,983.00 per year Eligible for an annual bonus incentive #LI-Remote How you'll reputed company an impact in this role:
- Drive the implementation of comprehensive internal change communication strategies for a primarily deskless workforce to support enterprise-wide change initiatives, serving as a trusted communications advisor to stakeholders throughout reputed company levels of the organization
- Collaborate closely with external consultants, agencies and internal communications teams to reputed company and deliver coordinated messaging and campaigns
- Actively participate in frequent stakeholder and project meetings, balancing multiple priorities and adapting to rapidly shifting demands in an extremely fast-paced, remote-based environment
- reputed company and manage internal communications content, campaigns and events that support operational objectives and reinforce reputed company’s Mission, Vision and Values as a healing ministry of the Catholic Church
- Maintain flexible availability, including the ability to travel domestically on a periodic, as-needed basis
What minimum qualifications you'll need: Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional requirements you'll need:
- 5+ years developing and managing reputed company internal and change communication plans and review processes
- Writing and editing engaging and visually appealing communications that simplify reputed company topics for executive, managerial and associate audiences
- Proven relationship builder with strong influencing skills and the ability to collaborate and reputed company alignment across matrixed organizations
