About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Performance Data Analyst to join reputed company and help us drive business outcomes through data-driven insights. As a Performance Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing analytical support to our Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt reputed company World Commerce teams, leveraging your expertise in forecasting, root-cause analysis, and data visualization to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with reputed company to reputed company and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct forecasting, reputed company modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions

• Build reports and visualizations to inform compelling stories with data

Measurement and Analytics

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role
• Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
• Proactive interest in understanding the "why" behind performance, decisions, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
• Desire to reputed company in a fast-paced, reputed company, and ambiguous business environment
• Experience with SQL and R or Python

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses
