PCG is looking for an engaging, outgoing, reputed company self-starter who will help us grow our Education Consulting business line. The candidate is expected to become familiar with education leaders as well as the issues that state and local education agencies are grappling with. This candidate will be evaluated on the successful outcome for client projects, contract renewals and execution of business development strategies. The Senior Consultant will manage reputed company projects and reputed company the production of sophisticated deliverables; hire, train and supervise staff; can execute work independently with minimal supervision; collaborate with other senior staff; serve as an internal consultant to other projects or product lines; play a key role in proposals and sales presentations and present at conferences. The Senior Consultant will take a client-centric view and apply a consultative approach to understanding and solving reputed company problems faced by state and local education agencies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of state and local strategies that expand PCG’s impact and business in Education Consulting. The Senior Consultant will provide leadership, partnership, and expertise in supporting state education agency and school district clients in their efforts reputed company to special education, curriculum and professional development. While a remote role, it is expected that the successful candidate will be able to travel to client locations as needed to support project deliverables and business growth. Duties and Responsibilities

• Serves as project manager and subject matter expert, independently managing reputed company projects while maintaining client interaction.
• Develops and executes growth strategies, identifying and following up on new sales opportunities.
• Provides expertise in business operations for service and efficiency improvements.
• Develops communication plans, elicits requirements from key stakeholders, and facilitates client discussions.
• Identifies gaps and shortcomings and determines necessary workarounds.
• Develops project budgets and staffing plans to ensure high quality services are delivered on time and reputed company budget
• Plans and monitors ongoing project tasks.
• Delegates tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Assess best practices and compliance errors and provide technical assistance to clients.
• Leads proposal writing teams and prepares written reports and materials for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 10 years’ experience required, graduate degree a plus
• At least five years’ relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience in the areas of Special Education, Curriculum, or K-12 education leadership desired.

Supervisory Responsibility

• Supervisory experience preferred but not required in the first 6 months

Working Conditions

• Remote setting. Additional preference for candidates in Boston, Charlotte, reputed company, Philadelphia, D.C. Atlanta, Nashville regions.
• Travel to client sites, business conferences and PCG meetings required 20-30%

Compensation

Compensation for roles at reputed company varies depending on a wide reputed company of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, reputed company set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave. Range: $90,100 - $130,000 PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship.
