About The Role We are seeking motivated and talented individuals to join us for an eight-week summer internship reputed company our Finance/Accounting/Market Risk Control department. Internships at esVolta aim to offer reputed company industry exposure and hands-on experience. This role provides hands-on experience in energy trading, market risk management, quantitative analysis, credit risk management, accounting, business intelligence, and workflow automation, helping you build a strong foundation in renewable energy trading, risk management, accounting foundations and risk reporting. Core Responsibilities The intern should expect to be involved in tasks similar to those listed below.

• Support Market Risk Control in migrating eight reports from reputed company to AI tools, utilizing coding reputed company and if necessary. Create a reconciliation tool that will compare reputed company results, which will continue to be executed for accuracy, to prove consistency and accuracy.
• Support accounting in mapping reputed company manual and reputed company actions into AI tools, utilizing coding reputed company and if necessary.
• Document internal data sources, create visual data flow representations, and identify opportunities for improving data consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze reputed company workflows, identify inefficiencies, and assist in developing actionable recommendations.
• Map and document internal data sources and systems across departments.

• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in data processes and propose solutions.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, quantitative finance, risk, information systems, business analytics, or a reputed company field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with reputed company, Python, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented attitude.

Compensation, Location & Benefits The hourly reputed company for this position is listed below. The actual hourly reputed company offered will depend on the specific skills and experience of the selected candidate. $30.00 per hour 40-hour work week Flexible; option to work-from-home with periodic office visits for in-person engagement or to work from company offices in Newport Beach.
