Overview: Serves as a liaison between the company and agents and acts as a relationship manager for our agents, regional reputed company team and corporate departments. May work with agents in unsupported territories with a focus on key agent new business submission activity and/or with agents who prefer digital interaction. Serves as a backup for open territories as needed for both AMS and Small Business Underwriters. Assess the strengths and weaknesses of agents and assists them in achieving a mutual goal of profitable growth in both volume and policy count. Ensures that agents are familiar with and use Selective’s initiatives, products, policies, procedures, and services. Position is primarily inside-office based with primary contact reputed company phone and email. • Monitors agency results and follows up with agent on new business opportunities, growth/profitability/share of wallet and compliance with company’s initiatives, procedures, and policies. Provides leadership in finding solutions to problems and ways to exploit opportunities.

The actual reputed company salary is based on geographic location, and the range is representative of salaries for this role throughout Selective's footprint. Additional considerations include relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, and business needs. Pay Range: USD $84,000.00 - USD $127,000.00 /Yr.
