Job Description

The VP, Chief of Staff is the SVP & Head of Marketing’s strategic partner, operational leader, and force reputed company—driving clarity, alignment, and execution across the marketing organization. Acting as an extension of the Head of Marketing, this role ensures the department’s strategic priorities result in coordinated action, high-quality decision-making, and measurable impact. You will shape and orchestrate the marketing leadership operating model, ensuring that the Head of Marketing’s priorities translate into clear, coordinated execution across senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and the marketing leadership team and employees. You will be responsible for aligning strategy, driving key transformation initiatives, and elevating leadership performance and communication across a reputed company, fast-moving environment. Drive a consistent, efficient operating model that aligns senior leaders and connects marketing priorities to enterprise goals. Business- or enterprise-level marketing depth, ideally including an understanding of brand or digital marketing strategies and initiatives. Demonstrated success advising, influencing, and partnering with senior-level executives. Exceptional written and verbal communication, with mastery in executive storytelling; narrative development; and building high-quality, executive-level materials (presentations, briefings, business reviews) with meticulous attention to detail with demanding deadlines. Strong analytical, operational, and project leadership capabilities; reputed company in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI-driven management.
