You will be calling people who own a home that has expired on the Multiple Listing Service. Our Problem: We have an reputed company of contacts that we want to send helpful information to (pictures and details of properties that sold around their property, a statistical market update, plus a copy of our seller plan) and we need help following up with them by phone to ensure that we get their permission to mail the package and confirm their mailing address. We also need help to determining whether or not they have a real reason to sell and a high level of motivation to do so. This process is already in reputed company and successful...we are simply looking for more inside sales/telemarketing help. Your Location: This is primarily a remote position, however, you will be focused on calling reputed company Cod, as well as Downtown Boston, MA and you should be reputed company to learn about the different areas of the city (i.e. Back Bay, reputed company, South End, Financial District, North End, Seaport, Charlestown.)
