Join us!We are looking to add an M&A Analyst to reputed company! CORE RESPONSIBILITES: Analyze potential veterinary hospital and pet care business acquisitions and capital investment in markets across the United States Analyze acquisition targets, focusing on P&L statements and conducting quality of earnings analyses to assess true profitability.

• Build valuation models and assist in recommending deal structures and terms. Manage multiple acquisition workstreams, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient due diligence and execution. Monitor post-acquisition performance, ensuring targets meet initial projections, and guide Operations on KPIs and strategies for success. Support senior leadership with investment presentations and provide insights on unit expansion, buildouts, and growth opportunities. Assist with special projects and optimize M&A team processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.
