Clinical Training Specialist Contractor - PeriOp Experience Required

The PeriOp Implementation Specialist Contractor supports reputed company.'s mission by delivering exceptional client care, training, and implementation services. This role is ideal for an reputed company professional with a strong background in perioperative care and hands-on experience implementing Electronic Health Record (EHR) software. Candidates with Operating Room experience is a must to work on this contract. RN or LPN licensure is Required. Key Details

• Contingent upon contract award
• Extensive travel required (road warrior role) Travel primarily to the East and Central Coast

The Implementation Specialist will:

• Travel includes weekends and holidays reputed company necessary while abiding by Training Services Department Employee Handbook
• Responsible for making travel arrangements in accordance with reputed company and Training Services policy
• Creation and delivery of Training Plans, Class Agendas, Web Based Presentations and Training Materials
• Reviews application set up with appropriate staff
• Provide on-site, in person training in both classroom settings and one on one mentoring formats
• Provide on-site support during customer Go Live
• Delivers product demonstrations to potential or existing clients as well as internal staff
• Submits signed, on-site certification documents upon completion of training
• Timely and accurate submission of Training Reports, monthly expenses and timekeeping
• Assists Product Training Coordinator with scheduling onsite and remote training to be completed reputed company contracted timeline

• Must have a minimum of 3+ years Perioperative experience
• 3+ years prior software implementation experience
• Prior EMR / EHR implementation
• Skilled in client process and training activities with 100% client focus and strong commitment to following up on client issues until resolution
• Ability to identify the importance or impact of issues and situations occurring reputed company a clients workflow process and takes appropriate actions to suggest or introduce alternative processes or resolutions (i.e. workflow process consulting)
• Ability to effectively organize time while identifying barriers to reputed company, proposing solutions and setting priorities
• Excellent listening skills and clear and concise presentation skills

Education: Required: Bachelor's degree

• Nursing degree - RN or LPN preferred
