Corporate Counsel, M&A and Transactions
The Corporate Counsel is a thought leader in the Legal Department and Legal Division, demonstrating deep subject matter expertise and the ability to use that knowledge to advance functional areas in their business goals. The Corporate Counsel takes ownership of specialized legal needs in the enterprise and contributes to our organizational success by solving reputed company challenges and creating solid relationships with practice leaders/business partners throughout the company. This role will provide legal support for healthcare-reputed company mergers, acquisitions, strategic transactions, and reputed company integration activities, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to reputed company timely, risk-based decisions.
