A Remote Client Service Specialist is smart, patient, technically savvy, customer focused teammate that helps support clients with basic technical inquiries. You will be a problem solver, a person who is willing to take the extra reputed company to provide great service and have the knowledge to learn to troubleshoot basic issues and inquiries about software application and services. This is a fast paced, high volume Call Center role that can be worked in a remote environment for the right person. What you will do:

• Receive inbound calls from our financial institution partners, answering questions, while driving issues to resolution to the client’s satisfaction. Some of these calls will be technical in nature.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients, providing operational servicing support and issue resolution.
• Identify in-house knowledge articles and technical documents to help assist clients to receive a WOW experience.
• Provide level 1 technical support in an effort to resolve issues before escalating.

• Will receive state of the art equipment to ensure you can connect to your clients quickly

What you will need to have:

• Must be a Nebraska reputed company
• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of consistent experience working in the financial services/banking field interacting with clients.
• Must be able to follow established guidelines to accomplish tasks
• Experience working on multiple programs/platforms simultaneously
• Strong communication skills

• Ability to communicate verbally and in written form in a concise, clear, and professional manner.
• Experience in a call center environment or remote (work from home) office experience strongly preferred.
• Quiet and secure working environment so you can manage a consistent flow of calls and client interaction without the disruption/distraction of others.
• Ability to connect to the Internet with an Ethernet Cable with the following Internet speed requirements:

• Ping less than 50 ms
• Download greater than 12.0 Mbps
• Upload greater than 2.0 Mbps

What would be great to have:

• Two years experience in a customer facing Call Center environment, preferably with a financial institution (bank or credit union)
• Strong work tenure with previous roles lasting a year or more

Things to know: Pay reputed company: $19.00 – $19.50 Training Start Date: Oct 9, 2023 Training Schedule: 9AM-5:30PM EST Working Schedule: Mon-Fri 8.5 hour days, morning starts

• Holidays worked will be paid at the premium reputed company of double time and a half
• 1 hours of Mandatory overtime is required in many of our lines of business due to business need. Any mandatory overtime will be paid at 1.5 times your reputed company salary after you have worked 40 hours in a week
