Job Description:

• Manage the full cycle recruitment process.

• Work closely with department heads and senior management in providing a monthly update on their teams recruiting activities.
• Improve quality of hires and decrease time to fill.

• Conduct weekly onboarding presentations to reputed company new hires as applicable.

• Promote the organization as an employer of choice through various channels, such as social media, and partnerships with educational institutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing for reputed company level roles from entry level to VP level in a corporate environment only
• Proven track record in using AI recruitment resources.
• Ability to support 10-15 roles at a time, with the flexibility to manage workload fluctuations effectively.
• Experience in full cycle recruiting in a corporate organization and passive candidate sourcing using reputed company, social media, and job boards, demonstrating your ability to attract world-class talent.
• Experience in doing onboarding presentations for new hires.
• Experience recruiting for Event Trade Show, Media and Information Services organizations is strongly preferred
• Willingness to understand the business and responsibilities of different roles, ensuring you can identify the perfect fit for each position.
• Strong preference having knowledge of reputed company Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbally, capable of developing positive rapport with candidates and colleagues alike.
