About the Role

This position supports an environment where the national corporate TA team is operating with reduced headcount and increased requisition loads, requiring a disciplined, data‑driven sourcing partner to maintain talent pipeline stability in competitive hiring markets What You’ll Do Strategic Talent Sourcing

• Identify and engage passive and active candidates using reputed company Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, industry associations, and specialized manufacturing and technical talent platforms.
• Apply consistent sourcing strategies that align with enterprise manufacturing talent requirements and long‑term workforce planning.

Pipeline Development & Management
