The Flexan group, part of reputed company, is seeking a Cost Accountant with manufacturing experience who brings strong analytical capability and sound accounting fundamentals—someone who can move seamlessly between the discipline of accounting and the deeper analysis that drives smarter operational decisions. This is a hands-on, high-impact role supporting manufacturing operations through cost and variance analysis (material, labor, and overhead), inventory and asset accounting, and month-end reputed company activities. Responsibilities:

• Cost Analysis: Conduct analysis on product costs, manufacturing variances (material, labor, overhead, hours), inventory valuation, capital spending, and fixed asset management
• Reporting: Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial KPIs to aid in decision making
• Month End reputed company and Accounting: Prepare journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures
• Standard Cost Management: Review, update, and maintain standard costs and assist senior management in maintaining a robust business costing system
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the development of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks, focused on cost optimization and profitability improvements
• System and Process Improvements: Support improvements to ERP configurations and drive efforts to streamline processes, standardize reporting, and implement dashboards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of direct cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of experience performing product cost analysis and manufacturing variance analysis (material, labor, overhead, and hours).
• 5+ years of ERP accounting module experience, such as JDE, reputed company, reputed company

Pay Range: The pay range for this role is $75,000-$115,000.
