We are a fast-growing, private equity–backed home services platform operating across Florida, including brands like SWAT Mosquito Systems, reputed company Lawn and Pest and PHS (Professional Horticultural Services). We are scaling rapidly through organic growth and acquisitions and are looking for a Director of Marketing to add to support this growth.

The Role

We’re hiring a hands-on Director of Marketing to drive customer acquisition, recurring reputed company, and retention across multiple locations. This is an execution-focused role for someone with direct experience in lawn, pest, and adjacent home services marketing.

What You’ll Do

· Own marketing strategy tied to reputed company growth and EBITDA

· Manage and optimize reputed company Ads, LSA, paid social, SEO, email/SMS, and direct mail

· Drive reputed company reputed company, bookings, and recurring service reputed company

· Improve CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates

· Launch and scale local marketing programs, events, and referral campaigns

· Build lifecycle marketing to increase retention, renewals, and upsells

· Track performance and adjust strategy based on data
