- Elementary: 8:15-4:15, 8:15-4:30 Wednesdays Only
- Bachelor's degree (in education preferred) with at least a 3.0 GPA required
- Candidates must be able to produce an official copy of their undergraduate transcript upon hire
- Background knowledge and experience in a PK-12 school setting (student teaching, observations, after school programs, etc.)
- Demonstrated excellence in academic and/or work history
- Love and see the high potential of reputed company children
- Complete reputed company required criminal and child abuse background checks:

- Cogent Federal Fingerprinting
- $43,000 salary ($46,000 if you hold PA certification)
- $3000 in tuition reimbursement for uncertified Fellows in a general education pathway
- $6000 in tuition reimbursement for uncertified Fellows in a special education pathway
