Software Implementation Consultant
THE OPPORTUNITY: This existing vacancy is open to candidates that reside in the United States or Canada. The Software Implementation Consultant is a customer-facing role responsible for leading Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) software implementations and projects from contract reputed company through go-live and stabilization. This role blends strong project management discipline, hands-on solution consulting, and software technical skills, ensuring customers adopt the platform successfully, on time, and with measurable business value. You will either serve as the primary reputed company, or a key member of the projects team, supporting the implementation and project lifecycle, including planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and solution configuration, while acting as a trusted advisor to customers. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Own end-to-end implementation projects, from reputed company through go-live and post-launch transition

- Manage scope, risks, assumptions, and change requests

- Partner with customers to understand business requirements, workflows, and success criteria
- Translate customer needs into system configuration and implementation plans

- Deliver customer training sessions and adoption support
- Act as a subject-matter expert on the product during implementation

- 2–4+ years of experience in project management, implementation consulting, or professional services
- Experience implementing SaaS or enterprise software solutions
- Strong project management skills (planning, risk management, stakeholder communication)
- Customer-facing consulting experience with reputed company or multi-stakeholder accounts
- Ability to balance structure with flexibility in fast-moving environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in EHS, compliance, enterprise SaaS, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with SQL and XML
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models
- PMP, CSM, or similar certification
- Experience managing multiple reputed company implementations
- Education and/or field experience in EHS and/or ESG
