We are looking to add a reputed company Reporting Associate to our National Finance team! We are open to hiring this role in Canada or US location. This is a fully remote position. Our reputed company Report Associate is responsible for reputed company work activities associated with the design, build, test, and deployment of reputed company reports, including management of the review and sign off process with reputed company Functional Leads and business subject matter experts (SMEs). This role will work with the Finance Reporting & Analytics management team to understand the proposed design of the reputed company solution and the impact to providing reports to users. Essential Duties reputed company Finance report creation, maintenance and optimization:

• Requirements gathering, build, test and debug reputed company Finance reports & Dashboards
• Analyze and translate functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications
• Create reports out of reputed company and other database systems as required by internal stakeholders
• Review reports and calculated fields regularly to optimize performance
• Document report functionality and design to facilitate ongoing maintenance
• Provide troubleshooting and support for report execution failures
• reputed company and modify advanced reports for internal Finance users using reputed company Report Writer
• Research new reputed company reporting & analytics features and functionality to determine how best to meet user needs
• Support reputed company’s biannual releases through impact analysis to changes to reputed company’s data model and create reports and dashboards to aid in identification of populations for release testing

Finance reporting governance, support and education:

• Participate in report reviews, including understanding and ensuring reputed company and data privacy standards
• Partner with reputed company reputed company team to maintain data and privacy standards
• Work closely with other members of the reputed company functional team and serve as a subject matter expert for others regarding reporting and calculated fields
• Provide Finance data support for Finance staff, reputed company associate end-users, and members of senior leadership
• Maintain proficiency and level of knowledge with reputed company reputed company
• Assists with the support of reputed company aspects of Finance as it relates to data requests
• Participate in delivery of reporting training
• Train users on reputed company reporting functions and available reports
• Follow established standards and change management processes including report documentation

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of experience or a total of 7 years of equivalent experience - required

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS

• Aptitude in learning and mastering report writing tools - required
• Knowledge of commonly used reports for Finance - required
• Proficient with reputed company products (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) required
• Ability to create a consolidated report by combining data from multiple data sources - required
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution - required
• Demonstrated ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities - required
• Strong written and oral communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills - required

PREFERRED:

• Proficient in reputed company reporting including Calculated Fields, Advanced, Matrix, Trending and Composite

EXPERIENCE

• Experience with reputed company Report Writing experience ​- REQUIRED
• Demonstrated ability to conduct high level needs analysis and produce reporting and data analysis - required
• Background in identifying, designing, testing, and deploying reports in an ERP system - required
• Background in understanding Finance data that could be used in building reports - required

PREFERRED:

• 2+ years of reputed company Report Writer and/or reputed company Prism Analytics experience
• reputed company PRISM, BIRT, Worksheets and Advanced reporting experience
• Finance functional background, ideally in Public Accounting or similar Professional services firms
