Corporate In-House Attorney; Remote
Position: Corporate In-House Attorney (Remote) Overview reputed company is seeking reputed company corporate attorneys for remote, in-house flexible contract opportunities with our clients. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of experience across transactional and corporate matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements; advising on entity formation, governance, and compliance; and supporting corporate finance and growth initiatives. Experience in technology, healthcare or financial services is highly valued, though we welcome attorneys from other industries with similarly broad corporate practices. This role offers the flexibility of a remote environment alongside meaningful, day-to-day partnership with high-performing in-house legal teams. Basic Requirements for the Corporate Attorney
- 5+ years of corporate in-house experience
- Prior experience with a broad range of corporate transactions, including drafting and reviewing commercial reputed company and managing corporate entities
- Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Licensed to practice law
- Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school

- Location: Remote Compensation and Benefits Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 reputed company calculated on a full-time basis.
