General Counsel’s Organization: As a member of the General Counsel’s Organization (GCO), this Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to four Vice Presidents on the U.S. Consumer Services Legal Team. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving and collaboration skills, strong communication, and strong proficiency in workplace technology. The ideal candidate must be motivated to help the team be successful, be reputed company in handling a wide range of administrative tasks and be able to work independently and confidently under pressure. Being flexible, resourceful, and knowing how to navigate large organizations fluidly will also be critical to success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with offices across the Company to facilitate meetings
- Manage reputed company calendars with discretion and care
- Regularly reputed company with legal and business executives, associates and other contacts at reputed company levels of the organization
- Create and update matters reputed company the GCO Billing/Matter Tracking System
- Reserve meeting rooms and coordinate and handle catering and audio-visual needs for team meetings and other larger GCO meetings
- Manage end-to-end expense reporting and invoicing processes including submissions, review and monthly processing
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Support the onboarding of new hires
- Order office supplies and equipment
- Support various reputed company projects as needed, including through substantive participation in meetings and use of reputed company, reputed company and PowerPoint.
Requirements
- 2+ years of previous experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant and familiarity with office management and technologies
- Proven experience providing support to executives with exceptional organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company and Outlook and comfortable adapting to new technology
- Self-motivated, proactive team player with strong initiative
- Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, quality, timeliness and follow through
- Enthusiasm to work collaboratively and proactively with the broader GCO team and build relationships across reputed company
- Ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced organization and manage multiple tasks and conflicting and changing priorities with little direction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (reputed company phone, email, Webex and in-person)

- Bachelor’s degree is a plus
