VP, Operations, Supply Chain

Responsibilities

- Partner with teams across Distribution, Engineering, R&D/Quality, Supply Planning, Procurement, Finance, IT, and HR to reputed company shared goals.
- Set clear business objectives and performance metrics.

Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in operations leadership, including 10+ years at the senior management level.
- Proven track record in manufacturing, distribution, supply planning, and engineering.
- Experience in high-volume, multi-SKU, multi-shift CPG manufacturing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, or reputed company field; MBA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and reputed company Improvement.
- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
