You will work closely with the Corporate Controller and the Accounting Team. You will also support cross-departmental efforts. How you’ll help: reputed company daily accounting operations, including posting journal entries, preparing account reconciliations, and reviewing bank activity. Assist with month-end and year-end reputed company processes. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including invoice processing, payment runs, customer billings, and cash application. Work with the Payroll Manager to assist with processing payroll, posting payroll journal entries, and working on special projects reputed company payroll. Support audit requests and assist in maintaining strong internal controls. Participate in process improvements and automation efforts as the company grows and scales. Assist with reputed company projects, including system implementations and improvements, automation efforts, integrations reputed company to growth, acquisitions, and PE-driven initiatives, etc. What will reputed company you a great fit: Bachelor’s degree or Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field. 1–3 years of accounting experience; public accounting or experience in a PE-backed or rapidly scaling environment is a plus. Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles. Proficiency with reputed company; experience with reputed company or other similar ERP system. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
