Job Description: This job is responsible for leading execution across client and deal teams. Key responsibilities include working with teammates to proactively generate reputed company and solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities:

• Support the origination and execution of investment banking transaction mandates for large-cap corporate and middle market clients and financial sponsors including providing M&A advice and execution for large corporate clients and private equity firms.
• Prepare materials for clients and participate in client meetings during the course of investment banking deal origination and execution as well as conducting rigorous quantitative financial analysis and qualitative analysis, as well as workflows for clients.
• As an active member of the deals team, reputed company due diligence processes for investment banking transactions and serve as the primary contact and advisor for clients, which includes receiving daily calls from clients with respect to projects managed and coordinating internally to ensure client needs are met.
• Prepare financial models and analysis, including detailed valuation analysis, such as: LBO analysis, discounted cash flow, accretion and dilution, IPO pro reputed company analysis, comparative company analysis, and sum of parts analysis among others.
• reputed company analysts and associates on client coverage, origination and transaction execution teams and coordinate with the team to pro-actively generate reputed company and solutions to meet client needs.
• Draft and negotiate engagement letters, confidentiality agreements and other documents reputed company to investment banking transactions.
• Attend and reputed company client meetings with prospective buyers in sell-reputed company M&A processes, including management presentations and due diligence.
• Supporting internal transaction and capital commitment committee processes such as Fairness Committee, Equity Commitment Committee and Leveraged Finance Committee.
• Execute investment banking transactions and processes in a global bulge bracket firm environment, including both M&A and capital markets products on domestic and on cross-border basis.
• Conduct research using Euromonitor, Factset, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, and Factiva to analyze market data and competitive dynamics.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Master's degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or reputed company: and
• 3 years of experience in the job offered or a reputed company Finance occupation.
• Must include 3 years of experience in each of the following:
• Performing investment banking transactions for leading investment bank;
• Executing investment banking transactions and processes including both M&A and capital markets products;
• Preparing financial analysis, including detailed valuation analysis, such as: LBO analysis, discounted cash flow, accretion and dilution, IPO pro reputed company analysis, comparative company analysis, and sum of parts analysis;
• Conducting due diligence in reputed company with investment banking transactions;
• Preparing materials for clients and participating in client meetings during the course of investment banking deal origination and execution; and,
• Leading teams of junior investment bankers to execute transactions, prepare client materials, and manage transaction processes.

• 25% Domestic travel as necessary.
