Observation includes more than one patient at a time at the monitoring station. The Remote Visual Monitor Tech (RVMT) must be able to clearly see reputed company patients for which he/she is responsible at reputed company times. The RVMT must uphold established Moffitt Cancer Center customer service standards at reputed company times.RVMT must be able to verbally redirect the patient from engaging in risk behaviors. Excellent verbal, interactive, and listening skills required.
