Securities & Derivatives Sr Manager Hybrid

About the position The Securities & Derivatives Sr Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to process orders and transactions originating from trading desks and reputed company offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of securities and derivatives transactions. This Vice President–level role (C13), based in Tampa, is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing a new end‑to‑end process to track, monitor, and validate payments made to third‑party vendors and trading venues. The objective is to ensure reputed company such payments are rigorously validated and fully compliant with internal policies. Responsibilities

• Strategic Process Design: Design a well‑controlled, efficient, and scalable payment validation reputed company.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Required licensing/registration: Series 9
• People management experience
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience designing and implementing new processes across the full operating model and multiple functions.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including reputed company Office, Technology, and Operations leadership.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and influence at senior management level.
